Who we are

CHKDAT is a product of VelShaw Technology Inc. (“we”, “us”). This notice describes how the marketing site and the CHKDAT application handle information.

Marketing site (chkdat.com)

• Contact/demo forms collect the information you submit (such as name, email, company, and message) so we can respond to your request.
• We use session cookies as needed for form handling and language preference.
• We do not sell marketing-form leads.

Application data (tenant subdomains)

• Store operational data (invoices, products, pricing, users) is processed to provide the CHKDAT service to that tenant.
• Each tenant’s data is stored in that tenant’s database and file storage.
• Access is limited to authenticated users of that tenant and authorized operators supporting the service.

Processors

Depending on enabled features, documents may be sent to:

• Azure AI Document Intelligence (invoice OCR)
• Adobe PDF Extract (bank OCR workflows)

Retention

We retain marketing inquiries and tenant data as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting obligations. Tenants may request export or deletion of their operational data subject to active contracts.
